Zoom De la Rosa drew the short straw for the weather

Pedro de la Rosa joined the McLaren Mercedes team for the final day at Paul Ricard where the weather limited running.

The track configuration switched to the longer 1E-V2-SC layout and despite the rain the team managed to conduct some useful running with particular focus on the upcoming Canadian Grand Prix.

The Spanish test driver was third fastest on the day, putting in 53 laps of the 5.499km circuit, despite the rain that hit the circuit mid-morning.

Only Nelson Piquet completed more laps today, McLaren completed 226 laps over the three days.
