A hurdle for a new buyer to overcome...
|
Ferrari is no longer likely to supply Honda or a potential buyer of the Brackley-based team with engines this year.
A spokesman for the Italian outfit last week confirmed Ross Brawn's claim that a supply of the Maranello-built 2.4 litre V8s will be available for Honda's potential buyers.
But at the launch of Ferrari's new F60 at Mugello on Monday, team boss Stefano Domenicali said:
"As far as delivering engines to Honda is concerned this possibility is almost zero at the moment.
"
Including Toro Rosso, Ferrari supplied two customer teams with engines in 2008, but Force India will switch to Mercedes-Benz power ahead of the forthcoming season.
