Zoom No shortage of test venues for the teams

Plans are afoot for a Formula One-standard circuit in Barajas, near Madrid's international airport in Spain according to reports.

Ignacio Gonzalez, Vice President of the autonomous community Comunidad de Madrid, told the Diario AS newspaper that he supports the project, which could be used for F1 testing.

"The technical, environmental and other agencies will act on the matter, but in principle I welcome the proposal," he is quoted as saying.
