Another potential entry has joined the ranks of those queuing for a place in F1's budget-capped future.
Spain's
Marca newspaper reports that Joan Villadelprat, a former F1 team official who now runs a Le Mans outfit Epsilon Euskadi, believes he can compile a £40m budget for 2010.
"I have the site, the wind tunnel with the appropriate scale, the determination, everything," said Villadelprat, who worked with Minardi, Benetton, Ferrari, McLaren, Tyrrell, Benetton and Prost.
It is also reported that Alfonso de Orleans, boss of the GP2 team Racing Engineering, is working on a F1 project for 2011.
