Something different in Germany for Michael Schumacher
Michael Schumacher has played down rumours in the Nurburgring paddock that he is set to take up an offer to work with the Brawn team in 2010.

The seven time world champion was at the German circuit this weekend in his advisory role for Ferrari, where both he and Ross Brawn worked together so successfully earlier this decade.

It has been suggested Brawn, now boss of his own independent team that is leading both the drivers' and constructors' championships, has offered 40-year-old Schumacher an unspecified senior role.

"If I would have wanted to work, I had the options, and may even now have the options," he told the BBC. "But right now, it is not what I am looking for.
"

Despite his retirement, the German is still a familiar face around the paddock but insists he is not about to make a committed return.

"I haven't had the need of the adrenaline all these years," he said. "What I'm doing now is for the pure pleasure.

"When you're inside you're so deeply involved in the details and I'm certainly not because I don't want to dedicate the time for it,"
he added.
