Glock on the market for next season
|
Timo Glock is expected to be fit for the season finale in Abu Dhabi this weekend, according to the German driver's manager.
Glock was forced to sit out the recent Brazilian and Japanese races due to the injuries he sustained in a Suzuka qualifying crash.
He has been receiving treatment for the leg and spinal injuries at the renowned Bad-Nauheim Sportklinic in central Germany, and Glock revealed last week that he is "okay" and a decision about his participation in the season finale will be made on Tuesday.
On Monday, Glock is scheduled to have medical tests to assess his return to fitness, while his manager - Hans Bernd Kamps - told
DPA, that his chances of racing this weekend are "90%."
If not given the green light for Abu Dhabi, Glock's Toyota will again be raced by team reserve driver Kamui Kobayashi.
